The difference is the connection

AI that knows your business.
And gets to work.

AI is useful on its own. Compound connects the business context around it, so the owner or team sees the next best move and routine work gets done under the rules you approve.

01

Bring context together

With permission, connect the emails, documents, projects, accounting and customer systems that matter to the workflow.

02

Find the next best move

Compound understands the current thread, priorities and deadlines, then surfaces what deserves attention now.

03

Put decisions into action

Draft, file, prepare, update or execute tasks under the rules you approve. Sensitive financial and legal decisions keep the right review.

The right model for the role

Latest frontier models,
selected with care.

We select the latest frontier models from multiple leading providers for each role: routine extraction and preparation, deeper contract or commercial analysis, or controlled execution.

We choose models to suit your tasks, data requirements and permissions. We confirm compatibility and test each workflow before it goes live.

Built around your actual day

Useful where work
piles up.

Start with one pressure point. Compound can be shaped around equipment hire, civil crews, professional services, or the business you’re growing into.

01
Equipment hire / illustrative

From enquiry to pickup,
keep the promise visible.

“Can you fit us in Friday?” becomes a drafted reply, a stock check for review, and a clear hand-off to the yard.

02Pickup briefPull site notes into one view
03Follow-up radarSurface the reply that’s waiting
Example outcome

Morning starts with a short list, not a hunt through tabs.

Illustrative outcome
Illustrative workflows
Retail

Supplier emails → stock questions and order updates prepared for review.

Ecommerce

Delivery and return requests → policy-based reply drafts with escalations surfaced.

Property

Maintenance emails → job briefs, trade follow-ups and owner updates.

Professional services

New enquiries → scope briefs, proposal drafts and client onboarding steps.

Trades & field crews

Job notes and dockets → handover briefs and invoice drafts for review.

These are illustrative workflows; we confirm your systems, required connections and approval rules during setup.

Meet the work where it is

Keep your systems.
Or build a better setup.

Compound starts with the repeated task, then chooses the right path. Fit the work into existing systems when that is the cleanest move, or replace disconnected apps and clunky spreadsheets with a tailored app and connected workflow.

01Integrate with what you have

Keep the systems your team already knows.

We assess the inbox, calendar, accounting or job systems already carrying the work. Where the connection is feasible, we set up a clear first workflow and preserve the records your team relies on.

Example outcomeA history-aware customer reply draft brings the original request, job detail and next step together for approval.
02Build a better setup

Replace the spreadsheet chase with a tailored workflow.

If disconnected apps are spreading the work too thin, we can scope a focused app or connected workflow: a daily watchtower, handover board or intake view. Migration is phased so existing records stay findable; broader migrations and new apps are scoped and quoted separately.

Example outcomeA tailored view shows the next moves, owners and source details without asking the team to re-key every record.

We confirm compatibility and test each workflow with you before it goes live. Integration and migration options are assessed case by case, with approval rules agreed before launch.

A clearer way to review

Understand the contract.
Keep your business in view.

AI can help you understand complex contracts, spot points to discuss and prepare for a faster, more focused review with your lawyer. The value grows when it understands what you are trying to achieve. With your permission, Compound brings together context from your connected emails, documents, projects and business systems, so you can review an agreement against your priorities, existing commitments and commercial goals.

Your lawyer provides the legal advice. Compound helps you arrive informed, organised and ready to ask better questions.

Illustrative questions to prepare
01
Payment termsWhat should we ask our lawyer about timing, milestones or cashflow impact?
02
Deliverables & commitmentsWhich project promises or existing commitments should we bring into the review?
03
Deadlines & renewalsWhat dates, notice points or renewal questions deserve attention?

The questions operators ask

Clear answers,
before a call.

What Compound can handle, how you stay in control and what setup involves.

Does Compound send emails for me?

Yes, if you want it to. Compound can send emails within the rules and permissions you approve, or simply prepare drafts for your team to review and send. You choose which types of email it may handle and which need your approval during setup.

Do I need to hand over passwords?

No. We do not ask for passwords or sensitive documents in this planner. Any connection is discussed and handled securely during setup.

Can it replace my administrator?

Yes. Compound can take over routine admin work, from managing incoming requests and preparing replies to organising documents, tracking follow-ups and preparing invoices for review. Where the selected workflows cover the role, it can reduce or replace the need for a dedicated administrator. We assess the work with you first and agree what Compound handles and what stays with your team.

What about phone calls?

Phone is optional. If it fits, we scope and test it separately, with a clear price before you commit. The illustrative transcript above is not a live voice connection.

How is ongoing AI access priced?

Ongoing AI access is A$300–A$1,500/month based on seats and integrations. Final scope and pricing are agreed before work begins.
